I enjoy the modern day features this bank offers, especially their app. All around decent bank. I am disappointed that they refused to help me with a construction loan (I have good credit) they just would not offer the product I needed and I had to go to another bank. It felt like they didn’t care at all to help me, they just told me no because it wasn’t lucrative for them.

Terrible customer service especially a woman named Amy. We applied for the emergency assistance for small businesses and they completely gave us the run around and now we are going to lose our home and expect to be homeless do to Amy and her staffs unprofessionalism. Apparently this bank prefers rich customers and they do everything they can to deter lower income people from doing business with them. This bank is immoral and sick!!
