  I have worked with the staff of the Southside Main Branch and find them all very professional and attentive to good customer service. I also have experience working with them as a community partner. They are a public company but are locally involved in every capacity. I believe Southside is instrumental in making our Tyler area the community where people want to live. Thanks Southside!

  Poor customer service. I attended the motor bank 10/2/20 at 9:45AM. The teller in the 1st stall, on the left of the commercial lane was not welcoming. I was not greeted, ask if I need any additional help or if I had questions. She didn't mention to have a nice day. If you're having a bad day, don't show up to work. Retraining is needed. But, a replacement is highly recommended.
