Reagan Rains and his team were superb. We applied for a loan at Southside Bank and they walked every step along the way with us. They answered our questions and worked very hard with our real estate broker and title company to make this the smoothest of transactions. I have bought 11 houses over the years and this had to be the easiest due to the efforts of Reagan and his team!
