Wow is all that can be said for the Friendly, Courteous, Professional and Patient Service that we received in asking for a Home Equity Loan recently from our local Cleburne Branch of Southside Bank. My Loan officer and Branch Manager kept me at ease throughout the process and without his efforts in going the extra mile, we fully believe any other institution would not have been successful in meeting & exceeding our expectations.
