  While participating in a benefit golf tournament Several years ago in Burnet, I had the pleasure of meeting two young gentlemen that worked at a SouthStar Branch. They made a wonderful impression on me. When I started looking for a different bank, I knew I would go to SouthStar Bank first to see if my positive feelings continued. Even before opening our accounts, I was so pleasantly surprised and met with such friendly and helpful folks. That continues to this day. I am so Happy with "everyone" I have encountered there. They surely make me feel like a valued customer. Excellent Customer Service skills abound at this location.

  Moved to SouthStar after my former financial institution's customer service became intolerable. The staff at SouthStar has been fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about them! They have gone above and beyond. Thank you SouthStar Georgetown!
