      Customer Service is fine. It's the practices they use that is ridiculous. I've had about 3 different banks in the last 4 years and each one has had some type overdraft protection by blocking card transactions from putting you in the negative. My stepfather racked up over 500 dollars in overdraft fees via this issue over the course of 2 days.

      Horrible service. They treated me like I didn't mean anything to them. Would not recommend that bank to anyone. Bank manager needs to learn how to treat people with respect.
