      Going to close my account after banking here for almost 20 years. Just wanted to change my address while I was out of town and had the time. The lady said I needed an updated license with the address. No. It's a temporary move. Need a utility bill. I'm out of town. Why would I bring that with me? It's my account. I have my ID. Why can I not get my statements sent where I am staying for the next 6 to 8 months? The lady just stared at me in stone cold refusal. The security guard was friendlier than she was. I'll bet I can go to another branch and get this done with no problem. Not letting her ruin my vacation.
