  I was having an extremely hard time getting some finances sorted out for my sick mother, who banks at this branch. Just when I was about at the end of my rope, Ana came through and was a huge help.

  The hours listed are incorrect i drove 45 minutes and they were closed need to fix this. It was the week after Christmas and a Tuesday. But thanks for the response

  We apologize for this confusion. The Newnan branch was closed to observe the Christmas holiday on 12/25 and 12/26. The normal branch hours for our Newnan branch are Lobby - Mon-Fri 9am–5pm, and Drive Thru - Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm, Sat 8:30am-1pm.

  Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I need to talk to them about a CD that has matured, but they won't answer. Well...actually the first time I called it was answered and was quickly told they were closed....and they hung up. This was at 4:15pm...well before normal closing time. I tried a few more times....crickets. Been with this bank for many many years. It's not what it used to be....at least that's MY experience. Hope yours is better.
