  Service here really put me off today. Forced me to come into the store when I was at the drive through window. Had a sleeping child in back seat and I have a leg in a cast. The staff didn't at all seem bothered by my disability and in general this bank gives you nothing for your business . Since the merge i now pay more and get less. Time to switch

  I ordered replacement checks about two and one half weeks ago when they didn’t arrive, I called the bank and was told that they never had been ordered. I was told that they could rush order the checks and it would cost me $70.00. This was not my fault but I would have to pay for a mistake made by your bank. I have been a customer with this bank in Indiantown for over twenty years. I stayed with the bank through all the changes in ownership and this is the first time that I have had difficulties. Paying bills on time is important to me and if I don’t have checks to pay them it is very disconcerting.
