      My family and I have banked with SWACU for years. Its very frustrating and sad to see the lack of customer service over the years. It is not okay for any customer to receive the run around from staff member(s). Directors do not follow-up as promised either.

      Sold a car to a guy who got a loan from here, and when I was on the phone with penny she tried to imply my highly rated dealership wasn’t “legit” or “honorable” just because it’s not a mac haik or an autonation. Cars break down. And when they do we’re happy to work with customer to fix any issues they have, but to be scoffed at by a employee and have her insinuate that we’re some sleazy car salesman is absolutely out of line. People are all for supporting small business except when it comes to car dealerships. Extremely rude.
