      Rude staff. I went in to close my account because I wasn’t using it…. So they started charging me $15 per month for “ an in active account”!?!? Then they told me I had to pay $20 to close my account.

      Took like 2 hours to actually talk to someone over the phone, eventually when it finally did happen it was awful. Customer service isn’t it with this place.
