I do not recommend this loan service. I contacted their Branch Manager named Steven LeBlanc who had been advertising on Facebook that he could help people get FHA financing. I contacted him and he text me a few times over the course of that evening but I never heard back from him. The next day I see him advertising again in the same group where I found him yet he left my questions unanswered nomore contact no nothing.

Steve was wonderful to work with. I was traveling during the whole process of buying my house and we were able to accomplish everything necessary for closing while I was out of the area. He sent me documents, and links and we got everything needed for the underwriters well before the closing date. He is efficient and also very, very nice. You'll like working with him!
