  Not professional, did not know closing amount until day of closing, did not tell me of any payments needed until the actual day it was needed. Argued over Facebook messenger, very rude. My realtor said never again would use this lender.. person selling house almost didn’t sell me the house because of the lender.

We are so sorry but you have mistakenly targeted the wrong branch with your unfortunate experience and review because your Loan was not done by our Gallatin TN Branch or any of our Gallatin TN employees that you have given this bad review to. We are so sorry you have had this unfortunate experience but you have targeted the wrong employees and branch. I am the Branch Manager of the Gallatin TN Branch and Southwest Funding has over 100 Branches Nationwide and we have no on site record of your loan here because your Loan was not handled by our Branch or its employees as I am sure you can confirm you have never been here. I am not sure what city you live in or what Branch you may have used as it definitely was not ours. Again I am very sorry this has happened to you. And I think you would agree it is not fair or right to give a bad review about the excellent employees of our Gallatin Branch when we did not service your loan. And I am sure you were not aware and it was not your intention to target the wrong employees, as you know this has an negative affect on our local reputation and business, and on our employees and their families. We are definitely sorry that you experienced this with a Southwest Funding Branch and our brand and as you can imagine being in business for over 25 years with over 100 Branches Nationwide and thousands of employees with such a complex transaction as a home loan, unintentional mistakes can happen. But as you may imagine I can assure you the leaders of this company had and have the exact opposite goal in mind for you and all of our valued customers helping them fulfill one of life greatest treasures of owing your own home and would never want you or anyone to have a negative experience. But with our vast size and over those 25 years we still have maintained an A Plus Rating with the Better Business Bureau. And as I am sure you also understand the employees here and their families, and myself, would really appreciate it if you removed this mistaken negative review since it is not meant for us as I am sure you were unaware when you wrote it.
