  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Beth when purchasing our new home in November 2021. We bought our first home a little later than normal, as we are both 31 with three kiddos. We waited so long because we did not know it was possible, I thought we had to have perfect credit and payment history, I thought we had to be perfect. Turns out, with all her experience and knowledge, Beth was able to help us qualify and made buying a home a lot less intimidating than I initially expected. Not only was she educated, she was patient and kind. Buying our first home was such a great experience with Southwest Funding! My family and I are so happy in our new home!

  Beth is awesome! She came in and rescued our loan/home purchase from another lender and exceeded my expectations by far!!! She had a very short timeframe to pick up the broken pieces and get the loan done in time and she did it!! She is amazing. She’s very responsive and has great communication skills. She kept us abreast of what was going on through the entire process. She is patient and knowledgeable and there’s no obstacle too big for her to tackle. She has a great team as well. I will use Beth again if I’m ever in need of another mortgage or home loan. I highly, highly recommend Beth!

  Beth King was incredible to work with. She is tenacious about getting work done for her customers. She took what seemed like an impossible situation and made it possible! She also communicated with us regularly throughout the process. I’d work with her anytime!
