      My banking institution for life. I can talk to anyone an get help. Even the CEO. Today my teller Julia Q. gave me excellent service as well as took the time to put the mobile app on my phone. They are awesome and the interest rates are too.I recommend them highly.

      I have been debating on whether or not to complain. I had gone in to get a large cashier's check and was informed that it was a $5 fee. With it being a large amount I feel I shouldn't have been charged. Also I noticed a worker crossing the lobby and was trying to hide her face so someone (who I think was me) wouldn't see her. I saw her and I did tell her hi. That to me makes business look bad. If she didn't want me to see her she shouldn't have drawn attention to herself by trying to hide her face with what looked like a tablet like an iPad. I have also had issues with the drive thru as well. Once teller couldn't find me the first time she looked.

      The service is sub par. I flew home to close out my account. After closing it and catching the tellers mistake I had to reopen my account and pay them off. After closing my account a second time I received an email a week later stating my account was reopened due to a pending charge. Called them and was given the run around. Short version : If you value your time and money, steer very clear of this credit union.
