edited response - I apologize I was directly close by the privacy of another persons info at the counter, I didn’t know I was that close and hadn’t thought to myself that at a bank, stuff is more private and didn’t mean to be that close, I do now, but I do not need an employee to yell at me in such an inappropriate manner, she could have smiled and politely asked me to step back and I would have been sorry, but instead she yelled at me gave me a dirty look after I apologized of what I did, I know I maybe a teenager so you don’t trust us much but I do not need to be talked to that way, that was my second time going to the bank, but next time i go I will take a step back from the counter

We try to protect our customer’s confidentiality and privacy of their transactions. The teller was asking you to step back to insure the customer’s privacy currently being waited on. We apologize this made you feel we were unfriendly to you; that was certainly not the intention.
