      Since zero isn't an option. Requested a car loan provided the VIN for the vehicle and got pre-approved for it for up to 30k (2005 Corvette). They called me back after I placed the deposit on the car and said "Congratulations we can now give you 15k". Wait What? They claimed the trade in value on the vehicle was all they could do the loan for, however Trade in-value was 25k at the time soooo? I was able to take out a personal unsecured loan for the 25k at a lower interest rate than what they wanted to offer me for a secured coar loan at 15k. This place is a joke, don't waste your time.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would! This branch has the most incompetent people working there. How do you left someone cash a check on a business account without verifying the signature? Their staff let a scammer cash a check that was stolen, on an account with a signature from someone that does not own the business or account! Stay far away from them. Use Bright Star if you need a credit union!
