      Any issues I’ve ever had have been resolved ASAP. You have to just ask questions and you would be amazed at what gets accomplished.

      Location got ONE star; I would never go to that branch again...terrible treatment. Other branch closed so I went to this one, first time, to MAKE A MTG/LOAN payment...give them money! I got a hard time/third degree rash of questions because I have the deed/ownership to mtg. property but they left the loan in his name. He's been deceased two years and I've kept payments current + xtra towards principal. Had to show Driver's license and answer a lot of questions too. They should bow-down to me for not letting it go into foreclosure instead of being treated terrible. DON'T GET A LOAN FROM THEM....not customer helpful/friendly IMO.

      There employee's play to much, incredibly unprofessional. If you have a choice to pick a different Leander I'd recommend trying.
