      Too bad their ATM has been out of order for so long, or under construction. That is a major feature of financial institutions that I enjoy- convenience.I drove up last week and went through the drive-thru to get some cash around 9:30; I would much rather have preferred the faster ATM, but of course it has been down months. One car was in the lane closest to the window parked for 20 minutes and the driver was on her phone. I got in the other lane and was never even acknowledged. It looked dark through the window as if no one was in the building. Then I called the number and asked if they were even open. Suddenly I saw people coming to the window and the driver in the parked car in the drive-through quickly drove off. I questioned the lady who waited on me as to what time the credit union opened. She said 8:30, an hour earlier, and I told her that it looked closed when I arrived. She had a strange look on her face and forced an awkward smile as if she were trying to conceal something. She explained that the driver in the parked car was waiting on a transaction. WHATEVER.......

      As they are good at giving a loan . There customer service is the worst! I have payments that I pay there every month and they are suppose to have my name on the loans as it was put on! In the Darlington bank they are very very hard to deal with and RUDE!!!! They don’t do anything to help us as the customer they make it harder!!!
