  Look no further, David is the guy you want to work with! I recently went through a divorce and needed to refi the house into my name. Being self employed it is a bit more difficult to get a mortgage. The person I worked with before told me I was out of luck. A friend referred me to David and not only did he get it done, he checked in regularly while the divorce was playing out and took the time to go over scenarios I don’t know how many times the numbers in the divorce kept shifting around. He could have easily walked away like the other guy but he didn’t. He got it done! My daughter and I get to stay in our home and for that I am grateful. Thank you David!

  Dave at Spectrum Mortgage helped us with the purchasing of our home in 2019. He was so helpful with that, that we went back to him to refinance a couple years later. He is fast, knowledgeable and helpful. He was a call or text away, whenever I had a question. I plan on continuing to reach out to him for any future mortgage needs.

  Everyone at Spectrum was very professional and friendly and it really felt like I am having personal advisors throughout the while process. Dave was exceptional. He made sure every single question, no matter how stupid it was, is answered and answered quickly with integrity. He would often communicate with me after hours and during weekends. Highly recommended!
