I was really impressed with the size of this location, because it's one of the largest I have ever been to. The ladies were very nice. Quick and friendly. Will go to that location again.

I had lost my wallet, my I'd and opt card we're in my wallet. I called opt plus to cancell my card. Two days later I entered Speedy Cash 3 blocks from my house to see what I can do to get another card or temp card something but was told no I had to wait for my replacement card 7-10 days from when I reported it lost. I had no gas, no money, nothing I was stuck. Well I called Speedy Cash main number desperately trying to find a way to get some help on a card now. I was transferred to Speedy Cash at 1701 Babcock where I spoke to the manager Annette explained my situation and to my surprise she told me what to do and to suggest it to my speedy Cash down the street. Well i did and the manager at the Fair Ave. Store basically said right from the start " oh I would be able to help you but our service center we call and use closed at 6" upset and angry I called Annette back retold the story and she immediately called corporate on the other line and spoke to someone in corporate. I got a new card and had access to my money within minutes. I am so thankful that Speedy Cash has people that love and KNOW their job because I will never use the one on Fair Ave. Again 2 times I was disappointed. Mind you I live on the Southside of San Antonio and there's a speedy Cash 3 blocks away but I now will only do to Babcock location. Thank you Annette for all you did. Sincerely, Christina
