      So I filed for a loan online and got denied they called me 2 times the next day and then 2 times again the next day and all 4 times they said "Yeah you might have gotten denied online but that's just because we need you to come in the store and show us your active bank statement and that you do have direct deposit" So I went inside the store had to do the whole process over again so I did a whole new application just to be told I was denied. What a waste of time?! Talk about misleading and the staff at this location was not very polite. Make me waste my time. Definitely wouldn't recommend a company that misleads aka lies.

      Not only did they take one payment out twice it caused me to go overdrawn I've tried to get my money back for 5 days I've talked also to customer care. I was told I could come get it back so when I call the only person there said they don't know how to give me my money back. Really I said I have no money to feed my child cause they took it. This is ridiculous and very sad very unprofessional. They should all have that training or be able to call someone who can help.
