  I had to share my experience at the speedy cash on fair ave and new Braunfels street .. so I lost my ID card and with everything going on,COVID ,snowstorm,no utilities in my home, let’s just say I wasn’t in the best of moods lol well Debbie at this location made my day! She was nice and she educated me about my preferred card which prevented me from having to pay a higher fee since I didn’t have my ID .. thanks guys at SC on fair 💕❤️ Y’all have always been so sweet and I have never had a bad experience there. My day went better thanks to y’all🥰 see yA in two weeks

  I can’t believe the senior manager that helped me with the loan told me I had seven days to come back and pay off my loan in full without interest if I paid it cash. She never explained the 3 day notice, and me being trusting in her business I believed her. When I went in to pay it, she was off and Robert the assistant manager could not honor what she had explained to me. Times are tough right now, and I had no other option but to take out a loan. This is why I’ve steered away from speedy cash because they always try to pull a fast one on you. Never doing business at this location again.

  Friendly staff and fast service if one of the employees was found with Coronavirus why did it let people know. This is my number one speedy cash store fast service and friendly staff have never had a bad experience, was only concerned when it was closed for some short time. That's when I posted about the covid thing.

  Hi Juan, we thank you for taking the time and providing feedback. Our employee and customer safety is our top priority. In addition to regular sanitation of all of our stores, if there is even the possibility that our employees have even been exposed to someone with a confirmed case of Covid-19 we do in fact notify customers through email. Any customer who had been in contact with the store during the previous two weeks get notified. In addition, we undergo a deep cleaning and other preventative measures are deployed.
