      Horrible experience! I have a spencer checking account for years. it took so long just to open a savings account. I was asked if I had a SSN like seriously! The computer was giving them error. One of the ladies asked me why do I want to open a savings account if I had a debt? That might causing the issue. I left so disappointed. I went to the other branch in maple ave. They opened a savings account for me in 2minutes. The girls there were so helpful. I live in Lodi I don’t mind going all the way to Wallington they’re so professional.
