She is very professional and thorough, does exactly what she says she will. You can tell she really cares and loves to help people. I hope the higher ups can see this as they need to know what a terrific asset she is to the company and she deserves praise and a raise.       Very professional team and the girls are prompt to respond. Unfortunately the did not help my credit at all. They removed 0 items and provided just 3 phone calls (only 1 of which was at length and helpful...the other 2 were quick and useless). I still have everything remaining on my credit and I'm out hundreds of dollars. They were supposed to help me negotiate any open balances which they didn't either. Nice people but completely useless.
