Attention customers this is a cashless bank so they will not accept cash deposit . The receptionist would not enroll me to get a check / bank card because she was the only person in the front working. She stated I need an appointment. I was highly disappointed as there was not any other customers in the building! Highly unacceptable!

We do require an appointment to meet with a SPIRE representative to open an account – tellers are not able to open accounts. Attention fellow members! ( and thank you Spire) there is a perfectly placed branch in Brooklyn Center. Fast, friendly as we've come to expect at all branches. NO CASH HERE! DRIVE UP ATM ONLY! If you are like me ( I know I am) you don't GO to the C.U. for cash except on the rarest of occasions. Thank you Spire for continuing to set the bar higher.
