      I contacted Wings and TopLine and Spire. All had helpful aspects but Spire clearly stood above the pack. Dylan is a loan officer at Spire who showed the best communication skills of any credit union I’ve contacted. Hands down. Dylan never once treated us like “the next transaction” but rather he wanted to understand the puzzle and figure out how to solve it. That takes time… time that he might not get paid for. And he showed his character. I recommend Spire.

      NEW WEBSITE GETTING BETTER... GOOD APP! Like bank more than website. Too much login security.. Very long password etc. Too long need to write-down and that defeats purpose of a password!! Will not let me remove data like work phone #, no longer needed. The only solution is to enter fake phone #'s. Could not order checks online, ordered from 3rd party.. New WEBSITE does operate smoothlty, and is faster than some big bank websites. Nice APP ! Works well for doing mobile deposits and checking balances. Do most online banking with large bank, simple to login, check balance, pay bills online, transfer funds, view statements and more. Easy access so I use it more of the time... Banks should understand the KISS principle in software Keep It Simple Stupid
