      Not much help they no longer with take payment over the phone really in the middle of a crisis and why should it mayter bill is getting paid

      I have had my auto loan at the Waseca location for almost three years. I have no complaints about the customer service people, but the options for making the payment are frustrating and outdated. I cannot pay the payment online, they don't take MasterCard (unless this has changed) in person, or by phone, they now close weekdays at 4pm and do not have a drop box outside the building.. This is the only bill I have to write a check to pay!

We are sorry to hear your frustration with our payment options. Unfortunately, with our size we don't not have the capability to offer cash advances for MasterCard or ACH transactions. If you have bill-pay at your other financial institution, we would be happy to help get one set up for your DCU loan.
