Very unprofessional. We applied for a mortgage with them and never heard back, and when we called to follow up the manager was rude and basically yelled at me. I would like more professional people at the bank.

2020 has been a nightmare for all of us!!!! When everything got bad we went to see John Wallingford at the bank and he helped us out tremendously. He and the rest of the staff we have dealt with have been compassionate and understanding during what could have easily been a destructive time in our lives. Finding the “human” factor in a bank is difficult at times but they nailed it at Spirit. Thank you so much guys for helping us keep it all together when things could have easily fallen apart.
