  I’ve been using Spirit Bank going on two years. I started out only using the Bristow branch. Started one account with them and quickly changed over everything to them. I mainly work with Colby, Brent, Julie and Joe and I cannot express enough how easy they are to work with. I feel like everyone here truly wants you to succeed and are there to help at the drop of a hat! I’ve also started using the Tulsa branch for some simpler things and their great as well! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

  Drive in is horrible with customer satisfaction. They will not let you cash anything over 2000.00. Some of girls will and some of the girls will not. Better banking choices in Bristow.

  Thank you for your review. We always like to hear feedback on our service. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. When our lobbies were closed during Covid, to accommodate our customers we temporarily allowed checks larger than $2,000 to be cashed through the drive-thru. Our lobbies are now open regular business hours, so we invite anyone wanting to cash a check larger than that amount to come into the lobby to complete the transaction. The drive through cash limits are common among banks for an added layer of protection for all concerned. We appreciate your contacting us and would love to see you in our branch soon.
