      I just bought my first house, I was expecting to be stressed the entire time and feel overwhelmed. I felt completely supported and like I was in the absolute best hands with Kevin. He responded to my many questions quickly and was VERY knowledgeable. There was never a moment in the process where I didn’t feel confident but more importantly comfortable because Kevin was honest, transparent, educated, and helpful in so many ways. I even expressed some discomfort I felt with my original lender and he offered to get me connected with who they go through if I wanted and I made a last minute switch to a new lender and they were amazing as well! The entire Spivey team and their partners and absolutely a dream to work with I can’t even put in to words how strongly I recommend them. Thank you Kevin, Lindsey, Candice, Katie, and Kaylan for helping get me in to my new home!
