  Love everyting about this business. This establishment is the most ethical company you will ever meet. They are truly for the people & assisting them in every way they can. SML is by the book & cares for their clients. SML will do all it takes to assist you in paying off your debt. The paymnent program works unlike others in her industry. Highly recommended.

  Everything negative you see in their ads are true they're lying about not running your credit what is the purpose of having Underwriters if you're not running credit I don't know for a fact I've worked in finance if you have a name that sounds black or non-caucasian they will automatically deny you from the gate matter fact they didn't even have the decency to respond to me or even contact me after they denied me alone that's outrageous the all the lady Nicola answer the phone although you can hear it all in her voice she sounds like a redneck from Mississippi or something well they have enough people putting black people in debt I guess I guess they're just only trying to put their people in debt which is awesome thing my people have been slaves long enough in this country

  Thank you for your feedback CIG. We appreciate you letting us know about your experience and we are very sorry to hear how your experience felt. We are not sure what ads you are referring to, and will look into them.The approval department will not always tell an agent the reason for the decline and as such Nicole would not have been able to tell you anything more than it was declined, and that we show a text had been sent to you advising you of the decision. Once a decision is made there is not an opportunity to reverse it, regardless of the circumstances. There are several factors considered during an application and unfortunately we were not able to get your application approved. While we cannot speak directly to the details of your application some of the different factors included in the decision process can and may include not just income, but also your debts to income ratio, any recent garnishment or eviction activity as evidenced by public records (see http://justicecourts.maricopa.gov/FindACase/casehistory.aspx to lookup open and closed cases here Maricopa County) as well as a many other factors. We do not pull credit at any level which is exactly what we say on the website, our storefront and on our paperwork. Credit scores and credit pulls are not something we utilize at all in the underwriting process. As all of our information states, simply sending in the documentation required does not guarantee a loan. While some loan places will lend with different criteria this is just a small portion of our business practice and is part of what sets us apart. We are again, very sorry for the difficulties you are facing and understand how upsetting being declined would have been to hear. We hope that you will find a solution soon that better suits your needs.
