  We had an exceptional experience with Scott and Jill as our realtors! As first time home-buyers, we had a million questions about everything from appraisal deficits to water heater lifespan, and Scott and Jill were extremely knowledgeable on it all. They were always available for questions and concerns and worked around our busy schedules as we traveled into town sometimes last minute to look at a house. We picked a very difficult time in the market to buy a house, but we felt supported and like we were provided with transparency throughout the whole process. Their team was also super helpful during the process leading up to closing and helped us feel comfortable with all of the necessary steps that go into that process. Overall we could not recommend Jill and Scott more! We thank them so much for helping us find our home!

  During this extremely difficult market time (if you are a buyer) and then complicated by the fact we were not local residents and had travel challenges to work out, Scott/Jill and their team were excellent at helping us on our schedule. We contacted them using a referral from a friend/local realtor. We are very happy with the service from the Ferguson Team! We would choose them again!

  Scott and Jill were professional, efficient, caring and honest. In our initial meeting they explained thoroughly their game plan and they followed through. Our house was sold in two days. Great marketing plan.
