Extremely frustrating and overall unpleasant experience. Provided tax documents several weeks before Tax Day, but 2 days before Tax Day the only "reassurance" I received was that "we are probably not gonna let you without filed taxes before the deadline". Very disappointing experience, with numerous unanswered phone calls and emails (ended up doing the taxes elsewhere on Tax Day).
