      I went to the bank and informed them that my mother (who has a home loan with them) recently passed away and what do i need to do. I spoke with the vice president and got the pay off ammout on her loan. 9 days later I payed the amout and had to go get 20.00 because of intrest. Now I paid thousands of dollars and come to find out they billing her for a returned check (banks dont pay dead people bills) and this one tried to post her mortgage auto payment three times knowing it wouldn't clear.
