      They claim to be the bank for start up companies in Silicon Valley, but that's the last thing they care about. It's been a week I have been waiting for the banker to call me and give me the honor of opening an account with them. God knows how long it takes when you have a complicated baking need. I absolutely warn entrepreneurs and start up companies to work with this bank. Very disappointed. Full of empty promises and slogans.
