      They sent my debit card to the wrong address, twice! Even after having confirmed the change twice. I love credit unions but sometimes like this one, they fail in the most basic ish! 🙄 This is way too much aggravation for a CU with 5 branches!!!

      Worst bank ever! Always accused of fraudulent activity. Cards always get locked. Always double or triple charged for transactions, they are also not LGBT friendly, and do not allow mobile phone access for subusers/spouses on joint accounts especially when a spouse would prefer to make a mobile deposit instead of having to drive 20+ minutes to the nearest branch. Rude people and will keep you on hold. Very uneducated. Always something with this bank. Save your money and time and please go elsewhere.

      I have been hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!! On hold for 30minutes and counting!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this bank to know one. I'll be glad when they go out of business! Oh yeah, and I am still on hold 35 minutes and counting!!!!!!!!
