      I've been a member since the mid 90s. All of the conveniences of modern banking without all of the fees associated with banks. ATMs are strategically placed and plentiful. The app and mobile banking works flawlessly and I've never had a problem with the service.

      We've had an account with SRP for 30 years. Typically receive good service. Went today to receive notary service which is provided free for members. Despite all the employees, we were never greeted or acknowledged. Waited for about 15 minutes then left and paid for a service elsewhere .

      Do not join this credit union. The only way to enter the building is with an appointment. I guess the virus will not spread if you make an appointment. This is nothing but a money making scheme using Covid as an excuse. Be prepared to wait in line at the drive thru for at least 20+ minutes. Very poor customer service.
