      Brian, Elaine, Margie, and Melanie as well as the remaining staff are just wonderful people to work with. They are always caring and will do what it takes within their power to make any situation much easier on the client . I am glad I opened an account with SSB after speaking with a friend.

      This bank is so bad for small businesses it's an understatement the bank manager Margaret Glassbrenner told me I should go back to PNC because they can't handle wire transfers I do for my international business. Solving small problems is nothing short of a nightmare. I'm relieved to go back to a bigger bank I only came here because a friend of mine worked here and I was told how great they were for local businesses. RUN go to any bigger institution as fast as you can. They do not want your "small business" I had a fraud incident and they basically said sorry nothing we Can do.
