terrible customer service. was looking to refinance my car was expecting to sit down and talk to someone but the girl just told me to go apply online. Like okay lol what a waste of time

Gosh if I could give this branch 0 stars I truly would, and it will be the reason I close my account. I have yet to meet a single friendly person at this location. They are just so rude and unhappy. I don’t understand..
