I am new to this bank. They opened some new locations close to me so figured i would make the change. Do i regret it? Right now im not sure. I struggle with the fact that this is the easier bank for me to visit any time but not sure if i is worth it. The mobile app and website is so basic that there is not even an option to go paperless. There is no notification option to get alerts when you receive deposits. Worst thing is, at this location i visited the atm and it is so narrow and the middle part of concrete extends so far that i scratched my rear rim so bad. The concrete is black from all the tires scraping across it. Not sure how long i will last here but the inside of the new Dartmouth location is like a palace and the workers are super friendly. Hope to maybe hear some plans for website and app updates on the features. Also, do something about that drive thru in Westport, at least a warning sign to save the rims and tires! Thanks.

Also, we do have ways to go paperless and even a feature that will alert you (card valet) when your balance is low, of specific transactions, or even can shut off your card temporarily.
