The employees at SCFCU have always been so very polite, not just to me but without her people that have been in the bank. I have never seen anyone leave with anything less than a smile on their face. I'm sure it happens, just not when I've been around. I will continue to come here and tell my friends and fam. To come too.

Today I went to the Sauk Rapids location at 10am there was only myself and one other vehicle in the lanes. I sat in my car with the window open ready to be helped or at least greeted for over 5 minutes and no one said anything to me. I left and went to the Sartell location where I was helped right away. Personally with having experience working at a bank myself and my coworkers always made it a priority to greet every customer as soon as they arrive and let them know if it would be a moment before they were helped. Not just left to sit there and look in the window like a lost puppy. It didn’t even look like there were employees there ready to help customers. Very disappointed as I have never had this kind of experience with this bank before.

I feel sorry for anyone who does not know about the St.Cloud and Sartell Federal Credit Union and the Sauk Rapids Financial Credit Union. It's a bank that goes out of it's way to make you feel like a member, not just a number. I am SO grateful to have this new Credit Union branch on the "east side", convenient to it's Sauk Rapids customers. They are friendly, available, helpful, and the bank is a beautiful addition to our east side and conveniently located on 2nd Ave.
