      Lazy, rude, belligerent & completely incompetent. I strongly recommend recording your every interaction/transaction with these people in case something goes awry because they did a sloppy job. Let's start a YouTube channel so manager Michelle Volkmann (who staunchly supports and defends the total lack of professionalism of her lackeys) & regional manager Patricia Parchman can see how the internet responds to their bumbling brand of "customer service." Maybe corporate will figure out why their facility only has a two-star rating in such a small community.
