I have done business with STL Swansea for years. They are the best! They treat you with respect and do their very best to help you out when you're in a tight spot. They have never let me down. There were a few years I didn't need any help, but interest rates are competitive and hundreds less with any risky low credit customers. My credit score went up 52 points by making on time payments. Overall the staff is very sweet and professional. However, it would be nice if the company would work with you if something should arise and you cant make a payment on time. Example dont get sick with covid or anything etc and have to miss work and try to delay or make your payment the following payday. You will not be able to do such and trying to explain that will go on deaf ears. So my advice if you have no choice and must take a loan out with this company. One should pay it back as soon as possible to avoid interest. I also suggest being a payment or 2 ahead incase any unforeseen situation or emergency should occur. God bless
