  Working with Stacey as my Lendor has made this stressful experience of securing a home in this market a blessing! She was always available to answer my questions and made this process so easy and smooth for us. She not only made this experience stress free, she also got me into this program called Hometown Heroes. They covered my closing costs and down payment assistance and I went to closing with ZERO money on the table! This has been unheard of in this market and I was so speechless when I received the final call from her informing me that I would be able to walk up to the closing table without any money needed. It’s an amazing program for anyone who is a medical professional and I have already recommended Stacey and THAT program to all my other fellow nursing friends. It felt good to have this program available to people like us after the past couple of years we had. It really made me feel appreciated and valued for the work that we have done and continue doing.   Stacey was an absolute treasure to work with in the home buying process! I am a first time home buyer, and bought my house all by myself, no spouse or partner. I had a ton of questions about the process, loans, payback information, timeline, insurance, and all things home buying, and Stacey was there to help answer all my questions! She was polite and patient with me, and made me feel very secure in this whole scary process! Definitely recommend!
