      Only customer in bank, 2 tellers in bank, they were rude, unwelcoming. Seemed like a big bother. Banking there for 50 years. I have many friends who feel the same!! No smiles . SMH

      Very bad experience with Ross. I hope that's his name. He had blond kind of spiky hair. He was asked by a teller to help and he said nothing but slumped his shoulders and gave us the rudest stare. And never helped. I was shocked. I have banked here for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly or felt so unwelcomed.
