Ron is the absolute worse. They repossessed my car and I was only 15-20 days late. I made my payments late but definitely in the same month they were do. They don't care about real life struggles people go through.

Very rude and disrespectful. I tried explaining to them that I paid the payment with the car lot and I payed it off. They told me that the car lot dealership had no record of me paying it off. I asked them then if I could make payment it was low payment only because I lost my job because my youngest daughter had fought cancer and my job let me go. They pretty much smirked when I was explaining to them my situation they told me no. I know I payed it off but I had to move because I couldn't afford my house payment due to what we were going through and lost allot of my belongings along with my paperwork with the move. These people have no consideration for people and their feelings. I did offer to make a payment like I explained but they wouldn't take it. All they keep saying is no and it would take 6 years to pay it off only because it was such a little payment. I explained it's only until I get on my feet but they still refused. Once again they are very rude they really were mean and hurt my feelings the way they spoke to me.
