Well first of all I’m so grateful for Kristin Malarcher my loan officer. She was so professional and compassionate throughout the process. We ran into some hiccups, delays, and push backs. Kristin never gave up and kept me calm even though I wanted to throw in the towel several times. I must admit I was hard headed and didn’t listen to her advice but she helped me find a solution to the FHA underwriters madness. I would like to thank her for attending my closing session at Professional Title in Denham Springs. That meant so much to me! She has a beautiful spirit and is outstanding at what she does in helping people like me to fulfill their dream of purchasing a home.
