      I have been making payments for over 6 months and I got sick during covid made a payment promise for the first of the year they mest up something called me threaten me with court cause I didn't pay for December after we agreed to a payment date breda is extremely rude and unprofessional and I did this to build credit and my credit hasn't even went up at all

      The Manager Brenda is a very disrespectful and RUDE, individual. She's hateful and feels as though she can talk to you how she wants. If you don't like dealing with people, you're in the wrong business. I believe you love to argue with your customers, which is so sad. Honey, you need customer service training and please understand that our payments to you, is your paycheck! It's like they always say, 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. And you will kill the business for Star Loans.
