  In a time where cars are impossible to get with custom features the staff at Star came through. Persistent, thorough and quick! I dealt with the following team Damian, Mike, Persaud. I came away with 22 Ram 1500 Laramie with many options.

  This review will be updated as needed. This rating is based on my first day experience with this dealership service department. My jeep is currently at this dealership. It is slow to start and doing a lot of weird electrical stuff. There was a class action lawsuit against Chrysler regarding this vehicle 2015 Jeep Renegade, but that's a different story. Dealership fees $175 labor fee or $525 one time electrical diagnostic fee. I let the person helping me who is named Ceasar know that was price gouging. Ceasar let me know that I didn't have to agree to it if I didn't want to. The manager Kenny was there and was more professional but still that is a ridiculous amount of money for a diagnostic fee. Ceasar calls me to tell me that the PCM, DCM, and TCM codes that will need to be updated cost $400 and I need a new battery $450 (which by the way is a ridiculousamount for a battery). I took my car to my mechanic and he ran a full diagnostic 2 weeks ago. He reported the battery, alternator, and starter are fine. He said beware, the first thing the dealer will do is try and sell you a new battery, and you don't need one per my mechanic. I inform Ceasar of this and he says my experience there at my mechanic is a different experience then here at Jeep. You got that right. I tell him leave my battery in and update the codes and let's see what happens. They really don't know what is wrong with the Jeep but think updating the codes might fix the problem. Ceasar then says, the codes cannot be updated until the battery is changed. The battery is not dead. I drove it there. I tell him to print out the battery performance report so I can see it. That was 130pm yesterday 7/19/2022. Ceasar reports they got very busy yesterday and he will email the CCA report today 7/20/2022. I will keep you posted on how it goes. It is 9am they open at 730am and still have not heard a thing.

  They okay. They always packed and take a long time to service your car. It took a good couple of min to be acknowledged and ask a simple question even though I'm 100% sure I'm not invisible. 2022 I really wanted to give this place a chance. But I brought in my car yesterday to get my tailgate fixed. Left it at 1030 am never recieved a call. Called at 3pm person said they will let advisor know I called. 5pm came around and the place closed without notifying me what will be done. Ruined my whole day and my day today. They are very unprofessional and not very communicative. Once they gone they are gone. I won't be coming back here. Then today I recieve a call that it is ready. Honestly this type of experience with service makes me reconsider my car purchase for the future. This is ghetto and unprofessional. I really tried to give it a chance but I can't deal with that. Because they are not communicative my today was a inconvenience. If I could give it a zero I would. An apology would have been nice. The customer service is awful here.
